The take
I signed up because I was hunting a role that barely exists, with a background that fits it in an odd way. The chat took 30 seconds. The contact it came back with was on target.
What makes the intro different from a cold message is the opt-in. The other person is on Boardy too, they said yes to meeting, and Boardy matched us on what we each said we wanted. So the reply is a different animal from a LinkedIn note.
